As 2025 draws to a close, we wanted to share a few of the moments that reminded us why this team sticks around.
Out in the Mountains: Our Guilin Team Trip
In mid-October, the whole team traded the workshop floor for the karst peaks of Guilin. Two days of hiking, boat rides along the Li River, and a lot of group photos we'll be looking back on for years. It's easy to talk about "team spirit" in a company handbook — it's another thing to watch it happen on a mountain trail, when the newest hire and the ten-year veteran are cheering each other up the same hill.
Trips like this aren't just a break from work. They're part of how we keep a team together long enough to actually get good at what we do — which, at the end of the day, is what keeps your orders shipping on time.
Giving Thanks
Every November, we take a moment to say thank you — to the people on our production line, in our warehouse, and behind the desks who make Easepal run, and to the partners and customers who've grown with us. It's a small tradition, but a sincere one: a shared meal, a quiet acknowledgment that none of what we build happens alone.

December brought string lights, a decorated lobby, and the kind of low-key holiday cheer that makes an office feel like more than just a workplace. Small gestures — gift exchanges, a bit of red and gold in the hallways — but they add up to a team that actually enjoys coming to work together.
Closing the Chapter: Our Annual Gala
We closed out the year the way we like to: together, at our Annual Gala in early the following year, looking back on twelve months of new products, new partners, and new milestones — and looking ahead to what's next. Awards were handed out, stories were told, and the team that had spent the year building, packing, and shipping got a night to just celebrate.
